- Applicants must be full-time students at the time of the Conference and need to upload their valid student ID card scanned from both sides or another proof of full-time study.
Note: Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines (early or regular), otherwise the subsequent rate will be automatically applied.

Registration fees must be paid in JPY:

Receipt will be available from the registrants' MyPage after 19 May, 2025
Cancellations and Refunds
The ISPSD 2025 Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail at ISPSD2025@c-linkage.co.jp in the conference of the cancellation of the registration. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the conference.
The following cancellation conditions apply:

| April 10 - 30, 2025: | 50 % of the registration fee |
| from 1 May 2025: | no refund |
In case of any change in registration, Convention Linkage, Inc. reserves the right to charge a 5,000 JPY handling fee.
In case of cancellation of the conference due to force majeure, Convention Linkage, Inc. reserves the right to charge a 5,000 JPY handling fee.
Name Change
No name change is accepted.
VISA Information
Important Visa Information
If you are a national of certain countries, you may be asked to obtain a VISA to enter Japan. Please check if you need a VISA to enter Japan by accessing the URL below:

You may also get information from your local travel agent, and your local Japanese Embassy or Consulate-General Office of Japan.
Once your registration fee is paid in full, you may request your VISA application documents.
Please access the following website for VISA application documents and submit the required information.
Important Note
- If the required information is missing, document processing will take time. Your prompt action is highly recommended.
- Please submit a copy of your passport for verification to the ISPSD 2025 Secretariat Office (ISPSD2025@c-linkage.co.jp) via email.
- Once you receive the documents from the organizer, you must submit these documents along with other documents specified by the Japanese Embassy or Consulate General of Japan. You are responsible for making the necessary arrangements for these documents, and the organizer or secretariat office does not take any responsibility for the success/failure of the application.
- Please also note that the organizer/secretariat will not cover the cost of the VISA application.
